Honey Glazed Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon filets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos for a healthier option
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for a Hot Honey Salmon twist
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Place the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the honey garlic glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  • For extra caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute before garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve warm with rice, roasted vegetables, or a side salad.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a drizzle of Honey Sriracha Salmon glaze before serving.
Swap soy sauce for coconut aminos to make this a healthier Salmon Recipes Baked Healthy option.
This glaze also works great for Honey Mustard Salmon or even Honey Lemon Salmon by adjusting the flavors slightly.
