Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the garlic sauce.
  • Place the shrimp in a baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp.
  • Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and the breadcrumbs are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Special Considerations:
For best results, use large raw shrimp for this recipe to achieve the ideal balance of flavor and texture.
If you're looking for a lighter option, substitute the breadcrumbs with almond flour for a gluten-free version. This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a crisp green salad for a complete dinner with shrimp that's healthy and satisfying.
