Instructions
In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Leave about 1–2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the pan and discard the rest.
Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess grease if needed. Stir in the cooked bacon.
Add beef bone broth, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings if using. Simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, uncovered, allowing it to reduce and thicken.
Stir in butter and cream cheese (or heavy cream). Simmer another 5 minutes until fully melted and incorporated into a smooth, rich sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy.
