Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush the chicken breasts with the garlic butter mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the top of each chicken breast.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For extra crispiness, broil on high for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, mix crushed pork rinds with Parmesan before sprinkling on top.
Use pre-minced garlic or garlic powder for an even quicker prep.
