Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen waffle fries or your favorite fries; crinkle cut, steak fries, etc.
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake or air fry the waffle fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • In a bowl, toss diced chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Once fries are done, spread them on a baking sheet and top with cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheeses.
  • Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
