Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20 or fattier
  • 4 slices bacon finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder optional for strict carnivore
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional for extra moisture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, eggs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and heavy cream.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated, but don’t overmix.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it evenly.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, top with a layer of crispy bacon slices before baking.
Use a mix of ground beef and ground pork for a richer taste.
For a firmer texture, refrigerate the meatloaf for 30 minutes before baking.
